If you've found issues that are considered an acceptable risk, false positives or you'd simply like them hidden for your own reasons, you can quickly acknowledge them in order to hide them from view.

Creating Acknowledgments

There are two different ways you can resolve issues.

For the second option, which focuses on hiding the same issue across different targets, scroll down.

Option 1:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select Issues from the left navigation bar.

  3. Select the List section towards the top of the page.

  4. Click the Pencil icon in the top right of the page.

  5. Check the box(es) on the far left for any targets you'd like to resolve, then click Acknowledge Issue.

  6. Select the reason for the acknowledgment, and duration, and add any comments.

  7. Click Save.

Option 2:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Select Issues from the left navigation bar.

  3. Select the Summary section towards the top of the page.

  4. Select the Issue for which you would like to acknowledge.

  5. Select the Targets section towards the top of the page.

  6. Click the Pencil icon in the top right of the page.

  7. Check the box(es) on the far left for any targets you'd like to resolve, then click Acknowledge Issue.

  8. Select the reason for the acknowledgment, and duration, and add any comments.

  9. Click Save.
