Monthly subscriptions:
For our customers who are on monthly subscriptions, we require that you either keep a valid credit card on file or authorize a recurring PayPal payment on your account.Yearly or multi-year subscriptions:
For our customers who are on yearly or multi-year subscriptions, we offer several payment methods. We strongly encourage you to keep a valid credit card on file or set up a recurring PayPal payment to avoid service interruptions. You may also make payments via BitCoin or wire transfer. These payment methods are only available upon renewal.
For Shopify users: Payment for Halo is made via Shopify.
