Halo Security makes it easy to manage workflows and work through issues as a team.

Update the status of a workflow by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. From the left navigation bar, click the Halo Security logo to open the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Security to open your Security Dashboard.

  4. Select Issues from the left navigation bar.

  5. Select the List section towards the top of the page.

  6. Click the Pencil icon in the top right of the page.

  7. Check the box(es) on the far left for any issue(s) you'd like to update the status of, then click Edit Status.

  8. Select the Status dropdown.

  9. Click the status you’d like all of the selected issues to be assigned (New, Investigating, Confirmed, Fixing).

  10. Click Apply Changes.
