Halo will identify open ports that are discovered during a firewall scan. For ports that are not acknowledged, it might be worth reviewing the port to ensure it is valid and intended to be associated with a target/domain.
To acknowledge a port, follow the steps below:
Log in to your dashboard.
Select Firewalls.
Select Ports.
Select List.
Click on the ? icon for a cookie that is not yet acknowledged.
Enter any information about the port. Select Confirm Changes if you'd like us to remove the acknowledgement if the value of the port changes.
Select Save to acknowledge the port.
